IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SALON GUESTS 🩷 At Bea’s Beauty Salon , we strive to provide transparent and high-quality salon services tailored to your individual needs. Please note that our service pricing may vary based on the following factors: • Stylist You Choose: Independent stylists set their own service prices. • Hair Length & Density: Longer or thicker hair may require additional time, effort, or product. • Product Usage: Extra product costs may apply for specialized treatments or color services. • Service Duration: If additional time is required to achieve your desired look, there may be a price adjustment. Independent Stylist Structure: Bea’s Beauty Salon is home to independent stylists who are not employees of Bea’s Beauty. Each stylist operates their business independently while providing services within our salon. ✨ Service Eligibility, Cancellations & No-Shows ‼️ To maintain the highest standard of care and safety for all guests, please note: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist or the salon if we are unable to perform the service for any reason (e.g., unexpected hair conditions, safety concerns, or incorrect service selection). • Certain services have a minimum age, hair texture, or hair density requirements for safety and quality purposes. These restrictions ensure we can deliver the best and safest results possible. • If a service is determined to be inappropriate for a guest—due to hair condition, health concerns, or other factors—we may recommend a safer or more suitable alternative. Late Arrivals: • Most services include a 10-minute grace period to allow for unexpected delays. • Shorter services (typically 10–30 minutes) allow for a 5-minute grace period due to their limited time frames. • Arriving later than the allowed grace period may require modifying the service or rescheduling, and the late-cancellation fee of 30% will apply. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: • Because our stylists reserve this time just for you, Cancellations or Reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. If you don’t show up to your appointment or contact with a short / same day notice of 8 hours or less, you will be charged a No-Show fee of 30% of your service total. This fee helps compensate your stylist for the reserved time. We understand that life happens—if you need to adjust your visit, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We encourage open communication with your stylist regarding pricing and service expectations before your appointment to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Cancellation Policy
‼️ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
‼️ Short-Notice / Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show:
Not arriving to your appointment , or cancelling / rescheduling within 8 hours or less of the scheduled time is considered short-notice / no-show and will result in a 30% fee.
‼️ Late Arrivals:
Most services include a 10-minute grace period (short services have a 5-minute grace period). Arriving past the grace period may result in a shortened service. If the service cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable 30% fee will apply.
